Crestfolio is a personal finance dashboard that helps individuals and families track budgets, manage debt, monitor investments, and view family wealth across multiple accounts and institutions. Our services include:

You may not share your account credentials with any other person or use another user's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Crestfolio offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
We offer a 30-day free trial for the Personal plan and a 14-day free trial for upgrades to Wealth, Family Hub, and Advisor tiers. No credit card is required to start a Personal trial.
At the end of your free trial, you will be asked to enter payment information to continue using the Service. If you do not provide payment information, your account will be downgraded or deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crestfolio LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any financial data you enter into Crestfolio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at [email protected].
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to be conducted in Illinois.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email to the address associated with your account.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
